Taylor County Dam Location: Potterville, Georgia Owner/Customer: Board of Commissioners, Taylor County, Georgia Designer: Schnabel Engineering Associates Project Description: Construction of a new principal spillway to replace a structure damaged during a flood in 1994; project consisted of a multiple barrel spillway and water detention for a large reservoir; project contained approximately 3,700 cubic yards of reinforced concrete and extensive dewatering for installation of the dam's substructure. |
